Ellyce Ellmoos, Regional Clinic Director – All Practices
Meet Ellyce, our dedicated Regional Clinic Director. Having completed her Master of Business Administration in 2025 through Southern Cross University, with a focus in Health Management, Ellyce is now undertaking her Doctorate, exploring how understanding value perceptions can enhance the patient experience in regional and rural allied health settings. She is passionate about creating spaces where people feel genuinely cared for and supported on their health journey. Her bubbly, positive energy and heartfelt approach help make every visit to Real Life Chiropractic feel welcoming and reassuring.
Ellyce oversees operations across all Real Life Chiropractic locations, ensuring each clinic reflects the same standard of warmth, professionalism, and patient-centred care. She also leads the development of new clinics, helping more communities access high-quality chiropractic care delivered with heart and purpose.
Outside of work, Ellyce is a published children’s book author who loves spending time outdoors, keeping active, and finding joy in everyday life.
Sarah Jayne, Reception – Kurri Kurri & Cessnock
Sarah Jayne brings a warm and welcoming presence to our Kurri Kurri and Cessnock Clinics as our receptionist. Known for her super friendly manner, Sarah is dedicated to ensuring every patient feels at home from the moment they arrive.
Outside of her professional role, Sarah is passionate about her fitness journey and is committed to her personal health and wellness. Her dedication to a healthy lifestyle is reflected in her enthusiastic approach to her work. A true go-getter with an incredible can-do attitude, Sarah tackles every challenge with determination and a positive outlook.
